44Key – International Returns & Refund Policy

At 44Key, we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable return and refund process for our international customers. Our policies align with industry standards, consumer protection laws, and our primary supplier’s terms to ensure fairness and clarity.
This policy outlines eligibility for returns, refunds, and replacements, as well as the procedures customers must follow.
1. Eligibility for Refunds, Replacements, and Returns
1.1 Order Delays
If an order has no tracking updates, is in transit, pending, or expired beyond the following timeframes:
- 60 business days for international orders
- 45 business days for U.S. orders
- 110 business days for orders to Brazil
44Key will offer a full refund or resend the product at our expense. Some exceptions may apply depending on the shipping method and destination.
1.2 Delivered Orders
If an order is marked as delivered in tracking but the customer claims they did not receive it:
- The customer must provide a non-delivery certification from their local post office before a refund or replacement is issued.
- If this document cannot be provided, 44Key will conduct an internal investigation. If justified, we may offer a replacement at a discounted shipping cost instead of a full refund.
2. Subscription & Order Credit Refunds
2.1 Subscription Refunds
Customers who subscribe to 44Key Premium Services may request a refund for the most recent subscription charge under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 5 business days of the charge.
- No order credits have been used for order fulfillment.
3. Protection Against Fraud and Abuse
To prevent misuse of our refund and return policies:
- 44Key reserves the right to deny refunds or replacements in cases of abuse, repeated suspicious requests, or evidence of fraud.
- If a customer requests more than three refunds within six months, the case will undergo additional review before approval.

5. Items Not Eligible for Returns
- Sale items: Products purchased on discount or during promotional events cannot be returned or refunded.
- Gift cards: All gift card purchases are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
6. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To request a refund or replacement, follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@44key.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
- Attach photo or video evidence, if required.
- Our team will review the claim within 3-5 business days and process eligible refunds or replacements.
7. Items Not Eligible for Returns
- Sale items: Products purchased on discount or during promotional events cannot be returned or refunded.
- Gift cards: All gift card purchases are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
